How billing works

Credits

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI processing credits. Each email uses credits based on the AI tokens needed to process it, so simple emails cost less than long or complex threads.

Overage

Credits beyond your plan's allowance are billed at $0.30 per credit, in arrears, on your next monthly invoice.

Overage cap

You set a monthly overage cap on additional credits. The default is $100 and admins can set any whole-dollar amount from $0 to $5,000. New email processing pauses when the cap is reached; emails already in progress finish and remain billable.

Free trial

New customers start with a 7-day free trial on any plan. A card is required to begin, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and trial usage does not consume plan credits.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period.
