What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as contact details, agency details, and notes or other message content.
If you use the product, we collect account details, authentication data, agency settings, automation preferences, connected mailbox details, and the information needed to connect to third-party systems you choose to integrate with the service.
When automation runs, we process relevant email content, message metadata, customer or lead details, task and ticket information, run logs, and generated action records so the service can perform and explain its work.
We use Google Analytics to understand basic traffic and usage patterns.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, respond to waitlist requests, authenticate users, connect approved systems, run configured automations, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer email content or agency records to train public AI models.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email delivery, AI, and integration providers to operate AI Diffusions. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.
Connected services such as Google, Microsoft, and AgencyZoom may also receive information when you authorize integrations or when an automation performs an action in those systems.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive integration credentials.
Your choices
You can ask us to update, export, or delete your information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.
You can disconnect integrations or request that we stop processing a mailbox or agency account. Some features may stop working after an integration is disconnected.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
