Terms of Service

AI Diffusions provides software for insurance agencies to manage operational workflows, connected inboxes, CRM activity, and related automation.

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to bind the agency or organization you represent.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity performed through your account or connected systems.

You must provide accurate account and agency information and promptly update it when it changes.

Some features require you to connect third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, or AgencyZoom. By connecting a service, you authorize AI Diffusions to access and use that service as needed to provide the configured features.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies. AI Diffusions is not responsible for third-party service availability, data, permissions, or changes.

AI Diffusions can draft, classify, route, or perform actions based on settings you configure. You are responsible for reviewing settings, permissions, outputs, and any actions taken in your agency systems.

Automation may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not use the service as a substitute for professional judgment, compliance review, carrier requirements, or agency procedures.

You retain ownership of the agency data, customer information, email content, and other materials you provide or authorize us to process.

You grant AI Diffusions the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use it to violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, or security requirements.

You may not submit malicious code, intentionally inaccurate instructions, or data you do not have the right to process through the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features offered during early access, beta, or pilot periods may change materially before general availability.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Diffusions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or use the service in a way that could harm AI Diffusions, other users, or third parties.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
